Alexandra has been a registered nurse for over 11 years, working in the perioperative, medical-surgical, and outpatient settings. She obtained her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and has practiced in outpatient urology and internal medicine. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with her Bachelor's and Master's degrees and was awarded Sigma Theta Tau International and an academic excellence award. 

Alexandra's passion is also education. She is involved in academia, helping educate and mentor future nurses and nurse practitioners in the classrooms and clinical settings. She is a mother, wife, lecturer, mentor, and clinician. Keeping a good life/work balance is her most important priority.
