Alison Connelly-Flores, MPAS, PA-C, is the Chief Medical Information Officer and a Physician Assistant at Urban Health Plan, Inc. where she’s worked for over 20 years. Her recent focus has been on exploring the best AI use cases to incorporate into the practice. Also involved in enhancing Telehealth services and remote patient monitoring, medical home visiting program, and improving patient engagement and education through text messaging. 

She also serves as a provider in the Infectious Diseases clinic. She implemented eClinicalWorks at UHP’s network of FQHC’s in 2006, which resulted in the organization winning the HIMSS Nicolas E. Davies Award of Excellence in 2009. Alison received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, PA certification from St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
