I have been a clinical PA in critical care and surgery for more than 10 years, and a clinical APP leader for about 6 years, currently Senior Manager of Advance Practice for the Heart and Vascular Center at Yale New Haven Hospital. 

I have really enjoy guiding and mentoring potential future leaders in understanding what it takes to being an excellent leader, as well as engaging teams in discussions about professional development for clinical practice at any level. With extensive experience in hiring and recruiting, I also really enjoy guiding new graduate PA’s through the interview process, CV and interview do’s and don’ts, as well as understanding the recruitment and credentialing process.
