Dr. Ryan Desgrange, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C is the Advanced Practice Provider Director for the Orthopaedic Service Line at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, Michigan. He recently received his Doctorate of Medical Science in the advanced professional practice of Administrative Medicine from the University of Lynchburg in the Fall of 2022. His commitment to student education previously led him to be awarded the Wayne State PA Preceptor of the Year Award in 2018 and 2021, as well as the recipient of the Henry Ford Outstanding Preceptor Award in 2019. In 2021 he was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Currently, he serves as the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants President and the Wayne State University Physician Assistant Advisory Board Vice-Chairman.

Dr. Desgrange is the PA alternate representative to the American Medical Association Relative Value Update and Healthcare Provider Leadership Committee. Ryan was elected as the Henry Ford Medical Group Advanced Practice Provider Leadership Committee Chair in 2022 and received the prestigious 2022 HFMG APP Leadership Award for his leadership efforts. He is currently enrolled in the Davidson Fellowship for Entrepreneurs in Digital Health for 2022-2023.
